Textul original de pe verso sună astfel: "Lup împuşcat la 20 martie 1942 la Poiana Glodului - Terenul de vânătoare al M.S. Regelui. Vânător Şef al Casei Regale, Valerian Antonovici". Ulterior, trimiterile la Rege au fost şterse...
